30-Day Returns

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify for a return:
  • Item must be unused
  • Returned in original packaging
  • All supplied components must be included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or engraved cases
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging

We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after inspection.
