30-Day Returns

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify:

• Item must be unused
• In original packaging
• Returned with all included components

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom/engraved cases
• Items damaged through misuse
• Items returned without original packaging

How to Start a Return

Include:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos if there’s an issue

We will respond within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after inspection.

Important Clarification

Knaux Bullion Ltd does not sell precious metals.
Returns apply only to storage cases and accessories.
